James at Arlberg did an amazing boot fit for me on my ski boots which were hurting my ankles. He examined my foot/ankle and determined how to fix my pronation problem and adjusted the clips so the boots fit better on my legs. I will go back in a heartbeat the next time I need equipment. Wonderful service and super nice people.

Marc just got us set up! We came in to learn more about the ski package for our kids, 4y and 6y. The deal is terrific, the service was spectacular. Our kids got fitted into boots, picked their skis and kept busy laughing at the sound effects on the sunglasses display while we checked out. Whole thing took probably less than 30 minutes. My husband said he would have paid an extra $100 for the convenience and enjoyment of the experience. Thank you!
